We source all our products from genuine sources and distribution channels to assure you the best quality and authenticity. Following are the standard warranty terms and conditions.
o All our products has standard warranty as per manufacturer’s and their suppliers warranty terms and conditions
o The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer.
o All Refurbished items carry standard warranty as mentioned on the manufacturer website.
o All warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
o Any warranty requests have to be pre-approved by submitting a Warrant request and obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims.
o After obtaining the warranty request confirmation the product has to be delivered to kiteandsurf.ae’s offices for inspection.
o If courier collection and delivery is required, additional charges may apply for courier.
Request a warranty
1. Log into the store and go to My account
2. Go to Orders
2. click on REQUEST WARRANTY next to the item
3. Fill out the following Data:
4. Click Submit
5. When a Warranty request is submitted, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned to the request.
6. Our team will check the request and will get back to you with the warranty request confirmation
6. After obtaining the warranty request confirmation the product has to be delivered to kiteandsurf.ae’s offices for inspection.
