How to Return or Exchange an Item

To return an item, please call our Customer Care Centre at +971558006363 or send us an email at aloha@kitensurf.ae.

Conditions:

1. Condition of Returned Goods

   • All returned items must be in new (AS SOLD) condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

2. Unused & As-New Requirement

   • Goods must be complete, unused, and in “AS NEW” condition. If the box has been opened, this must have been done without damaging the packaging, seals, or product in any way. Items must be carefully re-packaged as received.

3. Change of Mind Returns

   • Items returned because the customer has changed their mind are the responsibility of the customer, including all return shipping and handling costs.

4. Incorrect Sizes

   • Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Invoice & Reason for Return

   • Include the invoice and the reason for return. If defective, specify the defect on a separate sheet attached with the invoice. Please do not write on the product’s factory packaging or product itself.

6. Return Window

   • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted items after this period. Manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will apply.

7. Defective Items

   • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or the manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Additional Warranty Conditions

• Our return and exchange policy is bound by the suppliers’ and manufacturers’ warranty policies, including any extended warranty they provide.

• Important Care Note: As advised by water sports equipment manufacturers, products must not be exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods or temperatures above 40°C. Exposure to such conditions can cause damage and affect product performance. Such damage is not covered under warranty.
