If you changed your mind about the product you received you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item as per the United Arab Emirates consumer protections law and get a full refund as per the following conditions.
Please read all conditions below, Kiteandsurf.ae reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Note : Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
How to Return an item to get a refund

1. All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
2. Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
3. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (cartoon) or product itself.
4. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.
5. Returned items that are not defective but only returned because the costumer changed his mind are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
